We have chosen to use the exception to the rule and give the pricing notice to all applicants. We pull it through the credit bureau and for a real estate loan it includes the credit score disclosure. My question concerns mobile home dealer contracts (some will have mortgages some will not). The dealer runs the credit report so we are not getting these disclosures from them with the application. We will deny credit within the first three days for those loans we don”t accept. Are we responsible for providing these notices if the dealer did not provide them?
