Referencing §339.9(d), I know the “Notice of special flood hazards and availability of federal disaster relief assistance” must be signed, but for property in a positive flood zone; if there are multiple structures, does the regulation require a separate determination and a separate signed “Notice of special flood…” for each property, or would one determination for all properties and one “Notice of special flood…” for all properties be compliant.
