Flood determination and flood notice

    Referencing §339.9(d), I know the “Notice of special flood hazards and availability of federal disaster relief assistance” must be signed, but for property in a positive flood zone; if there are multiple structures, does the regulation require a separate determination and a separate signed “Notice of special flood…” for each property, or would one determination for all properties and one “Notice of special flood…” for all properties be compliant.

    PS. Are all borrowers required to sign the “Notice of special flood…” or only the primary borrower?
