Jack Holzknecht is the CEO of Compliance Resource, LLC, which operates www.jackscomplianceresource.com. He has been delivering the word on lending compliance for 37 years. - Examiner – Jack spent the early years of his career as a federal bank examiner. He served as examiner-in-charge of safety and soundness, compliance, and trust examinations of financial institutions located in several mid-western states.
- Consultant – As a consultant Jack worked with financial institutions to develop effective, and easily understood policies and procedures, and compliance programs. He led banks in their efforts to comply with enforcement actions, including reimbursement orders. He aided financial institutions in their efforts to implement loan origination software.
- Audit/Review – Jack has participated in hundreds of compliance audits/examinations.
- Form Designer – Jack headed the Products Division of a regional consulting company for over ten years where he developed loan and deposit form systems and managed the marketing of those products.

Kelly M. Owsley, CRCM is Director of Training Services for Compliance Resource, LLC, a source of compliance assistance for financial institutions. Kelly’s career in banking began in 2000. Since then she has worked for financial institutions ranging in asset size from $250 million to $3 billion. Kelly has worked in numerous areas of the financial services industry including retail branch management, lending, product development and training. In addition, Kelly spent three years in a training and development role with CUNA Mutual Group servicing the largest credit union in the United States. Prior to joining Compliance Resource, LLC, she served as Vice President of Compliance, BSA Officer, and CRA Officer for a community bank in Kentucky where she was responsible for implementing and training all compliance related topics. Kelly has developed and presented lending training programs in multiple states and has been an instructor at compliance schools presented by state bankers associations. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Kentucky and is a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager.
Robin Cooper is the Director of Compliance for Compliance Resource, LLC, a source of compliance assistance for financial institutions. Robin’s career in banking began in 2004. Since then she has worked for financial institutions ranging from $100 million to $1 billion in asset size. She has worked in numerous compliance related roles, including BSA/Compliance Officer, Internal Auditor, Compliance Auditor and Compliance Officer. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Centre College and is a graduate of the American Bankers Association National Compliance School.
