On June 25, 2021, the Federal Financial Institutions Examinations Council (FFIEC) announced the availability of the 2021 list of distressed or underserved nonmetropolitan middle-income geographies. 2020 HMDA DATA PUBLISHED

On June 17, 2021 the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC) announced the availability of data on 2020 mortgage lending transactions at 4,475 U.S. financial institutions reported under the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA). Covered institutions include banks, savings associations, credit unions, and mortgage companies. The FFIEC also released several data products to serve a variety of data users. FFIEC ANNOUNCES NEW APR AND APY COMPUTATIONAL TOOLS

On April 16, 2020 the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC) announced the availability of FFIEC Federal Disclosure Computational Tools, including the Annual Percentage Rate (APR) Computational Tool and the Annual Percentage Yield (APY) Computational Tool. 2020 HMDA GUIDE

On February 12, 2020 the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC) published its 2020 version of A Guide to HMDA Reporting – Getting It Right. The Guide, which has been published since 1998, provides a summary of responsibilities and requirements, directions for assembling the necessary tools, and instructions for reporting HMDA data.
